They need to have a written tresspassing warning before being able to arrest you for tresspassing, and the ONLY WAY that you can get a tresspassing warning is if the owner of the business/property calls the cops on you for tresspassing.

If lowes is completely fine with us being there, it's not possible that they could have previously warned you, and if you did have one, you would know. I got a tresspassing warning about a year ago at another meet and it took forever. I was there for at least an hour and it was a shit load of paperwork, and they searched me and my car.

I would take that to court, that's false arrest and you can definitely fight it. That's some fucked up shit.
