best way to clean a lens is with those very thin papers and some solution. OR what I do it just use one of those cases for my Oakley's.

what camera do you have? there are ways to do off camera flash. can do it wireless (but that will usually get more expensive) or you can get the cable that mounts to your hotshoe and then attaches to the speedlight and then you can do it that way...
