im guessing you are not mechanically inclined since you had to ask where to get your bike fixed.

i would do it myself if i were in your shoes. hit up the ebay fairings (get a nice/decent looking fairings minus the blign bling shit). new set of tires, maybe some rearsets, SUSPENSION, power commander etc.
doing all this is not hard as long as you TAKE YOUR TIME.
