Well IDK what kind of noise level you're looking for. But I had Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radials on my old tahoe when I had my accident. I think they were just put on before I bought it 2 months before my accident. But I drove that thing A LOT & towed boats with it at least every other week if not more. As well as pulling a trailer full of quads from Holiday to Croom about every weekend if not one of my other local trails I had found. And my mom drove it back and forth from Palm Harbor to Bayfront in St Pete every day for 7 months & they still had about the thickness of a credit card before they were going to hit the wear marks between the treads when I sold it about 6 months after I came home.

Their a bit noisy but are good for putting passengers to sleep with the hum. lol And they handled great on the road & are great in the rain due to their tread design. They also do pretty good in the mud & sand as you can see below, they went off road on a somewhat regular basis rather it be pulling a trailer of quads through trails or just going out playing like below. Their a bit more expensive that some of the others.. but well worth the money in my opinion.:
