I admire people who solve problems with simple solutions. I have also cut inspection holes, and usually make an aluminum cover plate which I seal

UPDATE! It was the fuel pump
it was 400$ for a new one, i put it in my self. Instead of dropping the tank (which would evolve a Shit ton of work) I Drilled some holes in the hatch and pulled back some mettle and BAM there was the pump, pulled it out dropped in the new one and the car runs better then ever! I also changed the Fuel filter, boy was the gas coming out of that NASTY...
