call up Ground Control, tell them your car set up and they'll give you the set up you need inlcuding the spring rates.
I love my Ground Control and Koni setup. The Koni Yellows are worth the money.
Ground Control does manufacture their items to work with other shock set ups as well.
I have to give them props for their machining. Everything fits. The most we had to do on my CRX Konis was take off the paint on the c clip to make the coil over fit properly. Can't complain about that.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
