Of course the price would be different if harness has been altered. I am giving a set price for a harness that is "virgin". If there are wires for foglights just sitting in the bay, I have no problem running it with the rest of the harness free of charge. If the harness has been cut or is just a plain mess, then I would give an estimate until I see the car in person. I am also willing to travel if my gas is paid for as well as lunch.
