PSI is only a relative term.... 15PSI on a T3/T4 is far higher than the stock turbo....
For Example... Enjuku racing runs 23PSI on their race car with a T3T04E 50 trim... they make 450 rwhp on race gas
Enthalpy runs 18psi on a SC61 and makes 454 rwhp on 93 octaine....
Some turbos provide more air better than others...
