where can i get a manual with all the specs for an s14 sr.i need all the torque specs,i need to know the clearance's etc,i also need to know what marks im supost to line up to keep my timing. so does anyone know where i can get a manual or download all the info ive looked all over online and im just not finding what i want.

Reason being i spun a rod bearing and i want to do a build myself and i dont want shit to go boom lol
