They're both about the same. The z6 will flow slightly more, but on top of a stock block naturaly aspirated y7, you won't see too much of an increase. Check out
D-series.org for more info. Cost wise, don't forget you will need a new intake manifold, gaskets, and labor if you're not doing the job yourself. (assuming the head you buy comes complete with a solenoid, and distributor)
