So the wife was driving home from work, About 10 miles into the drive the car stopped responding to the gas peddle and shut off about a min later. The car will crank for about 15 seconds then stalls. Any idea whats going on?

Its a 01 v6 5-speed.

EDIT: Car has stopped starting all together. Wants to crank but wont.
