Give a little more info and maybe we can help. That size injectors did you go with? What A/F metering are you using, MAF or MAP? What size turbo? Auto or manual? What else was done during the install?
Are you sure the AEM FIC is installed correctly? The FIC doesn't work with the Karman Vortex MAF well. You have to hook it up to a fairly stock car and run it at different RPM's and loads for a period of time to log data points for reference in order to create a MAF simulation table that will keep you A/F ratio correct once the car is switch over to turbo. Look on the AEM forum and go under MAF Simulation, this may be some help.
Ultimately, I don't think the FIC is probably the best management device for your application.
There are other better tested and suited engine management devices like the AEM ECU, MAP ECU, S-AFC, HKS S-AFR, VPC-AFC combo, etc...
