Yup.....we had two guys who got pissed and started crying about the whole chain because they dealt with one person and had a bad experience with them. So.....If I go to my local Advance Auto, and the kid behind the counter treeats me like a douche, does that mean that the Advance Auto 5 miles down the road is a joke too? Of course not. Gripe about the Bradenton store all you want, but don't label the whole chain like you did.
