They still have the registration stuff online. Also, in red on the form, it says:

I'm not gonna go anyway. The wife is uber pissed because I still don't have her motor in her car. The guy I was getting it from couldn't get it out by yesterday, so I couldn't get it in today....He still has it...and I still have a uber pissed wife. damn...I'm probably just gonna sell the whole freaking POS and get a divorce. I think it'll be easier.
