I have a 95 civic and the cooling fan doesn't run. I checked the fuse and its good, swapped the heater motor relay (which is the same) and it still didn't work, so I ran it directly to the battery and it ran fine so I know the fan motor is good. What could it be. Any suggestions would be great.
