I honestly don't understand your rant, the OP is happy and has had a good experience, no one cares about your experience years ago, personnel change and shops get better, as of right now zfever is the only shop I would let touch my car for the simple fact that they have Martin there. I find it kinda funny how you say zfever is expensive considering you are saying oh I go to the DEALERSHIP!!! It all depends on who is working on your car anywhere you go not where you go.
