$hawn, the v-band thing was a big PITA but I think he was talking about the stink on Turbomustangs about it being a blatant knockoff of the B&G kit. I thought they were going to break out in a shooting war for a while.
To answer your first question, my original turbo fit just fine. It was a Garrett 68mm. I'm having some oiling problems with it so I'm now trying to bolt up this Master Power T-70 to it. The only problem is that the compressor scroll on the T-70 has a slightly larger diameter than the Garrett and hits on the pivot bolt on the bottom of the alternator...maybe about 1/4 inch or so. I'm just trying to come up with something to move it down a little bit or to the other side. Staying on the passenger side and dropping down about .5-1 inch would probably be best. What turbo are you using on yours?
