I think some of our tech guys in here can give more guidance.
B20 and a GSR head or an LS block with a GSR head are the builds that I have heard of. A B16 head can be used as well but a GSR is preferred with those that I have spoken to.
As far as the cam replacement is concerned how do they accomodate for the vtec clynoid if a non vtec cam is used?

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
