slowy and I have done it a few times. is it a AWD or FWD ??? FWD's are cake, my best advice is to make sure you use proper torque specs on the flywheel and more importantly the pressure plate. your flywheel must be resurfaced. it can be a pretty involved job because the axles need to come off the tranny, which means the some of the suspension/control arm needs to come apart. it might sound like alot but if you kinda have an idea of the direction you need to go it can be done somewhat quickly, slowy and I have done it in less then 3 hours.
Also if you have the tranny off it might be a good idea to take the end cover off and tighten up the bolt on the end of the 5th gear, This might tighten up some of the play in the shifter. use RTV when re-assembling.
