be careful w/ vascular dissorders near your head.....that can/might lead to a stroke or other serious complications, thats nothign to mess with.....that sucks man, just take it easy and im sure the docs will fix u up

Strokes come from a blockage or high blood pressure and their would be some other warning signs to go with that.
This sounds weird but I was having nump spots on the back of my head last year that would come and go, of course I feared every worse case scenario. Long story short it ended up being a pinched nerve in my already fucked up lower back. Went back to my deep tissue therapist and she made it go away.
Don't fear the worst because it will only compound things greatly.
Plus that beer we drink tonight will make it go away.
