p30 pistons do not equal reliability, though they do = higher compression which ='s higher horse power, naturally aspirated. reliability, on the other hand does = lack of detonation. pr4s or whatever the LS pistons are in that motor will lower the compression to a safe, tunable level on 93 octane with the LS head, from what I understand. if he were to use those p30 pistons in the LS block with the turbo setup, he would have to go with a VTEC head and some shorter connecting rods (b16a rods) to keep the compression ratio streetable/tuneable on 93 octane and at the same time, he would have to stick with that rod/piston combo to keep the power of the b18a/b rods and pistons, if and when he boost the motor. so, if you go boost, stay LS all the way. well, that is at least how I see it, lol
