I know its easy to call people idiots but sometimes its needed.
You told me to find one for a reasonable price, I asked you a price then you say "make me an offer"

So how the hell do I know what value you are placing on your car?
I say its worth around 2500 depending on miles. I dont see much on your car but coil overs, low-average condition OEM wheels and some bolt-ons like sway bars and HID's. There isnt really any engine mods done to it.
But the "rough idle" situation that you have no idea about really puts a downer on the car. The power steering could be fixed but "clean" cars dont have issues like that. Plus your interior is ragged out.

So whats your price? I can find another 240 once I know.
