You have to look how your first 2 posts were worded, they made absolutely no sense. If you want to learn rotary, that will not be a problem, but basically you started out all wrong.

Now with that being said, it is assumed that you are set on the bodystyle of the RX-8. If it were me, I would wait to modify it until you get a good comfortable feel for the car. Changing little things can change the whole outlook of the car.

As a group we could set you on the right track if we had a clear vision on what you want the car to be when you are done, and what you are starting off with now.

The aftermarket has not caught up with this car, as this is a whole new drivetrain that folks are still learning what can and cannot be done. I would give it a few more years and see what comes out before spending a bunch of cash on a kit that may not do what you want it to do.
