Im gonna say that wheel is fucked. I would suggest buying a new wheel even if a shop says they can repair that. To me that crack is structurally unsound no matter what you do about it.
I dont think its that bad... ive seen worse rims get fixed on some websites for companys that do fix them... just they are not local..
