inferior/cheaper parts. there are numerous factories in China as well in Taiwan that can replicate their parts using
cheap materials to bring production costs for some markets. This has been a common practice with GM and Ford cars.

After 6 years and 85,000 trouble free, hard earned, autocrossed, and track-day tested miles, I can tell you...if my SVT Focus has inferior parts, then so be it, I'm more that happy with my inferior parts, as they have never let me down.
But, its that kind of rumor-mill BS that gets spread about domestic cars that is in part hurting domestic sales. Absurd claims like that are unsubstantiated and totally false.
Whether its a Flex, a Focus, or a Mustang, Ford builds a good and solid car. Their recent JD power rankings prove it. I'm going to get off my soap box and stfu now.
