I would contact an attorney ASAP... your car is an 06, it's 2008 and it wasn't an aftermarket part/install that caused the fire!?

SOA might be partially or completely liable, so check it out.

Guys, learn from everyone else's mistakes (even though LD's is much less obvious) -- carry a fire extinguisher in your car and make sure you have good tire tread!
