general rule(s) of thumb:

coilovers: Front - you need a +30 to +20 offset on 7 to 8 inch wide wheels

shock/spring: Front - +35 to +20 offset on 7 to 8 inch wide wheels

rears: 7.5 (+30 offset) to 10 (+40 offset)

now this all varies by manufacturer a bit
