Is the car turbo, or N/A
What year is the 13b (SA, FC, FD, or Cosmos)
What color is the smoke coming out?
How many miles are on the motor
Have you done a compression check
Do you have bubbles coming through the coolant system
A basic diagnosis from what you are talking about seems to imply that you have blown a coolant o-ring between the plate and rotor housing. In which case the repair is not going to be cheap.
