Good for them if they can manage to pull that kind of mpg in the city, from what i've read the epa rating is pretty close though.
Also ford has the ford escape hybrid which is the most fuel-efficient SUV ever.

it only fits 5 unlike the rav4 but makes up for it for its mpg which is 34 city/31 highway
