I bought this car a few months ago already built but it had a blown clutch. I put in a brand new oem style clutch I had laying around in and have been driving it daily since. I have fixed a few other mics. things along the way. The list of mods I have is from the for sale post i bought it from. I did verify that it does have eagle rods and ross pistons by pulling the oil pan other than that any internal engine mods listed are unverified. I do have a recipit for $3400 worth of motor work. The boost level is currently at about 18 psi and i feel has a good safe tune on it. The car runs goods and pulls hard( 1st and second just blows the tires away)
Although it looks good in the pictures the body and inter. are rough! It has seat covers on the front seats because the leather is worn out and the carppet has stains. The body has dents and scratchs and the clear coat on the roof is bad.
That being said, if you're looking for a mint car this is not for you. If your not so concerned with the looks of a car but want something that has a motor built for what ever you want to throw at it this is the car for you. The only reason im selling is that we have our second child on the way and im not looking forward to getting two kids in and out of the back of a 2g.
I am asking $3500 or best offer. I am willing to negotiate on price but ultra-lowballlers and people wanting to trade their gutted out hatch "project" or any other trades can go away! I WANT to sell this car but I dont NEED to sell this car. Just an FYI: i have been getting about 26 mpg driving from wesley chapel to tampa everyday.
