Shimming valve springs is also a common way to get increased seat pressure on any setup, as long as you don't reach bind height with the lobe down. Just shim up the 2mm difference and be done. By the way, Ferrea duals come with some pretty big shims to get the seat pressure up on their kits.

And just because you've never heard of it or done it, doesn't mean that it's not a valid way to do things.
