Nice. My family has a place in Flagler Beach, right on the Beverly Beach line. Close enough to Daytona that you can go to all the events and shit, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with huge crowds. (exceptions being bikeweek and July 4th but even then its not bad. They also have a height restriction for buildings so it doesn't turn into another Daytona

Btw, if you head out that way hit up Turtle Shack right on A1A a mile or 2 north of the pier. The burgers are fucking killer.
