I use the reasonably priced Valvoline synthetic available at just about every local autoparts store and it's a
HUGE over the the OE stuff that was in there. The OE stuff bubbled up really quick at a SCCA Solo I Time Trial event, but at the next event the Valvoline didn't even a bleed after a two day event.
I doubt you need anything more hardcore than that Valvoline stuff unless you're running in some type of sanctioned road racing event anyways. I would flush(not just bleed) once a year just to be a good boy to your brakes regardless of what you end up using. Besides, the more hardcore stuff tends to absorb moisture very quickly and requires frequent replacement.
