dont cut the springs. it will probably come out uneven, and your ride quality will go to hell. just wait till you have the money for the coilovers, it is well worth it. i have met people that have cut or heated their spring and i feel bad for them since they were so eager to lower their car, they gave up ride quality and now regret it.
