Hi guys I got a p75 with a 02D01980-1502 board , I followed the instructions from this site to converted to vtec

I did everything like they said , the only thing is that I used parts from a p06 I had laying around , I did'nt bought the kit from them. also I bought the chip from Vega . anyway I don't have vtec give me code 21 , when I used a stock p28 and the vtec kick in .
question have anyone used this way to chip a 1980 board?
