No excuses for riding wrecklessly with a passenger, especially while DUI, but I cannot believe how quickly passengers will get on a bike with someone they barely know. Not sure if they just don't realize they are putting their lives on the line or what, but getting in the passenger seat of a car and getting on the back of a bike are not even in the same ball park. Too bad more people don't realize that.
