I believe most Hillsborough county parks will NOT allow alcohol, but I imagine if there is a cooler full of beer that is not in plain view, and everyone keeps their clothes on, we should be OK. Does anyone know about the grills? I can bring mine, but its a PITA and I won't go back for it (I live 30 mins from the park at least).
