is it the bumer cover or the actual metal support?

just the cover is easy... just pop it out yourself... the metal.... well

i know this guy named 'tree'. he lives all over the place and if you hook him up with your friend 'chain' or 'tow strap' and then hook it to your bumper support.... reverse it and voila!

shops are all over, one of my sponsors is a body shop but I won't be able to do much but refer you there and see what they quote u... let me know.
