Yeah both shops have had there problems. I had my car on brotherz dyno when they first got it.
when my car was on the dyno they could not get the torque to read (at least accurately or i had a factory freak I think i dynoed 800+wtrq). they told me they never had anyone try to dyno a stock wrx. they wanted to take stuff off my car but i was like F that so they never found the tach signal from the car and i dynoed no torque.
im pretty sure they have gotten better since then.
and s&r had there problems in the beginning too. they had the sweep on the dyno set too high. They may not have set it that way it could have just been set like that from whoever set it up. so it may not have been there fault. (that is what i was told was wrong with the dyno)
that has been fixed now and they to my knowledge have not had problems since then They are also under different management too.
when you put a car on the dyno anything could happen a strap could break and the car fly off.
