We were approached as well many months back (the rep lives out here 5 minutes from my shop) for direct distribution. As you said, I would have to push ONLY their product to make the buy-in work out with the numbers. Now that it can be done on a more realistic level through the distributor, the offer is much more enticing. Also, I can have any non-stocked merchandise the next day which takes the monetary load off of stocking everything.

As far as the amps, I am sure we will stock a couple of their 4 channel setups and possibly a sub/amp combo (until I see that there is indeed a demand for it, then we would expand stock). I am primarily interested in their mids/highs though as it is easier to get the consumer to swallow the pricing there than it is with subs these days. We seem to work with more mid/high replacements than we do major sub setups anymore IMHO (we service alot of new car dealerships and their customers).

I'll post it officially in our shop forum when we do begin stocking the equipment which I am shooting for the end of November or so (probably a notation in Audio HQ forum also). Thanks for all the feedback and I'll keep you posted...
