TurboJ; No, it doesnt. The MAP sensor and harness only allows you to continue metering the air after your stock MAS/AFM is over run.
Like the Karmann Vortex meter on the DSM starts to lose counts @ 2100Hz, so above that level is where the Emanage Map sensor would pick up the count and continue metering the air... it wont allow you to ditch the stock metering system and run MAP based system.
so guys like John Lunsford who have run 600 HP on the Lex meter could go even further now and dont even need to run a VPC. they can get VPC HP-levels for a fraction of the price, and have 16x16 fuel map tune-ability and be more precise than just a freaking "Gain" knob and whatever else ghetto-ass knobs are on the VPC.
