That I would have to see...The WRX is a low 14 second car with a good driver and is only a tenth or two shy of 13's in stock trim. You're talking about having to take at least a second and a half off the RSXs times to make it compete.
As for the 80mph thing...I don't doubt that an RSX type S would probably pull a stock WRX if you started lined up at 80mph. However, the way you made it sound was that if you started from a dig you would be ahead of the WRX at 80. And we both know that ain't true
