Probably. For some reason, the RPM sensor which can/will/does override what the pre-programmed TCU does as it (RPM sensor) goes bad. I simply unplugged the sensor and it is flawless. I'm unsure as to what the RPM sensor does (aside from going bad and making the car stick in one gear) but I am hoping that it doesn't affect line pressure (ie, ramping up line pressure for more firm shifts at higher RPMs). Time will tell I suppose.
