I saw this change being talked about on the news last week. It's definitely something they're doing that's new but I brushed it off thinking that it didn't matter cuz the odds of getting caught going 50 over seemed slim. IDK.
At least his bike is only impounded for 45 days. Yeah it's a bummer but it could be worse.
