ZR-1 Getting ready for it's return

After been off the road for over 6 months due to my blown engine, the ZR-1 will, or should be ready in about a week.

Should be a little bit better than last year, we done some wondefull changes to the motor, bumped up the compression & opened up the ports, also stress relieved the rings and pistons, hoping to reach a minimum of 700 HP on Motor.

The NOS will be going back on the car too, but this time, i'll be running a direct port setup, had some plenum spacer plates made with nozzles directed into the injector housing, should be able to tune it spot on, no more leaning out the motor.

It's been a long 6 months without the car, even cruising around in the Diablo isn't always as much fun as the ZR-1, (Well, not always anyway

I have not had some one call me out like this in years. LOL. You did this thread to save some one in Tampa $$. You got to be kidding me. What an insult to the racers out there. I love your disertation. One thing you for got. Everyone had fun, and I would hardly say $350 is " pockets bulging ". Tampa has not had this type of fun in a long time. Eather way your post on the Viper is interesting, but that does not change a thing! There is always some one that want's to run, like YOU. So hear is the deal. You run the NOVA. Who ever wins the race can race me. Or if you like you can drive your car like I did round trip on pump gas 600 + MILES and run me on my turf. So let's have some fun and give a good show to the Tampa racers you are looking to save some $$.
