Mill the inside of the piston where the piston pin will slide through to clear the rods. I believe you will need to remove 1mm on each side. Take the pistons/rods to engine lab of tampa (enginelaboftampa.com) they have done it plenty of times.
You will need to re-size your ls rods if you are having arp rod bolts installed (recommended).
They can handle this as well.
