Last time there was no list just people saying "I might make it".
I spoke to several people after last event & they informed me that they didn't even know about the event.
This time around I waited until people starting asking me about having another dyno day because they missed the last event.
This time we actually have 30 days notice, unlike last event where there was maybe a 2 week notice.
I am assuming these changes will create a larger response
