Yeah no attitude here. I tried to tell you but you signed off right after you asked. When Justin and I first started JAP Works we went on a shared business plan. He already had T-Mobile and that was who we were going to go with so we just changed his personal account over. He makes all the payments on it.

Since Justin left the shop he wanted to split me off of the plan and go back to a smaller personal plan. He tried to do that but when they split the plans for some reason it didn't link to my phone and now my phone shows that there is no plan attached to the phone. It was some kind of a technical glitch and T-Mobile said it would be taken care of.

Nothing mechanically is wrong with my phone. I still have it in my possession. I'm just waiting for T-Mobile to fix the problem.
