I couldn't use this as it wasn't vga for the computer but works great, powers on, lights up nice resolution. the additional frame is used to mount into headrests (we don't have them ) the bottom of that was cut out but that piece is pretty much useless for our cars anyway though could be used as the template to mold it onto a console or something. Comes with the wire harness which has rca ins as well as speaker ins though i never tried the speakers
