95 ser plus cash?

Car has 208k miles but a newer motor was put in around 130k miles and had 80k on it then. I drove it everyday to school and work and back and it runs great. The car has its good and bad so I will list those so if you have any questions about anything PM me.

Good:

New starter with lifetime warranty
30mpg
Power everything and works great
Sunroof
New clutch
CD Player
Intake/Header/Exhaust

Ran 15.30 at 91 in the 1/4 mile

Bad:

5th gear pops out
Leak in A/C (works but need to fix the leak and refill)
Ignition switch broke so I wired a push button to start
When cold its hard to start but when warm starts right up
Needs paint
Driver side CV axle clicks
Will need front tires soon.
